Jasmine & Josh | Engagement Session

Sometimes the most magical moments happen in the most unexpected places - and with a bit of perseverance! Josh and Jasmine’s engagement session took place in the stunning Toolara Forest, surrounded by rows upon rows of towering pine trees. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, like something out of a fairytale. But let me tell you - the mosquitos were on a mission!

I’ve done plenty of outdoor sessions, but I’ve never seen mozzies that big or that bold. Still, Josh and Jasmine were total champs. They took it all in stride, laughing through the bug battles and keeping each other smiling the whole time. And honestly? You’d never know from the photos. They brought such warmth, connection, and love to the session - it made every shot worth it.

We hit that sweet spot of golden hour where the light was just perfect - soft, golden, and streaming gently through the tall pines. For a brief moment, the forest lit up in this dreamy, glowy way that felt almost enchanted. That light, combined with their effortless chemistry, made for some truly magical images that I know they’ll treasure for years to come.
