Pregnancy and motherhood are easily one of the most life-changing events that could happen to a woman. And it is truly one of the most beautiful.
Capturing the beauty, strength, and joy of this time through the art of photography is something I am so passionate about and I can't wait to photograph you.
The Process
When to Book
The best time to book your maternity session is between 29 and 35 weeks. You will be fairly mobile at this time and have a beautiful belly. However, if your schedule doesn't fit within this timeframe, let me know and we can work within your timeline. For motherhood sessions, anytime is a good time to book however, definitely think about what stage your baby is at. Are they a newborn? Can they hold their head up? Can they sit unassisted? The answers to these questions will determine the images we can get from our time together.

I'm a portrait photographer, photo editor, and graphic designer. I have been a photographer for over a decade and out of all of the events and people that I have had the honour of photographing, the one thing that truly makes my heart sing is when I get to photograph women.

As well as being a photographer I am also a wife to a wonderful man and mother to our two kiddos. I love big earrings, Lord of the Rings movie marathons, and having a good belly laugh.
Photography has always been a part of my life. My Dad is a photographer, my grandfather was a photographer in his younger days and my great-great-great-uncle was also a photographer who started his own studio back in 1908. So, when I say that I love photography, it's kind of an understatement. I don't just love it - it's in my blood.
