Pregnancy and motherhood are easily one of the most life-changing events that could happen to a woman. And it is truly one of the most beautiful.

Capturing the beauty, strength, and joy of this time through the art of photography is something I am so passionate about and I can't wait to photograph you.

The Process

When to Book

The best time to book your maternity session is between 29 and 35 weeks. You will be fairly mobile at this time and have a beautiful belly. However, if your schedule doesn't fit within this timeframe, let me know and we can work within your timeline. For motherhood sessions, anytime is a good time to book however, definitely think about what stage your baby is at. Are they a newborn? Can they hold their head up? Can they sit unassisted? The answers to these questions will determine the images we can get from our time together.

Molly | School Formal Session

Molly’s formal session took place in the heart of Memorial Park, right as golden hour wrapped the gardens in that dreamy, soft light every photographer hopes for. The whole setting was magical, and Molly absolutely shone.

She wore a stunning emerald green lace gown that suited her to perfection. Her accessories tied everything together: diamond drop earrings shaped like delicate vines and a bold red lip that gave her look that extra wow-factor. Classic, elegant, and full of personality.

Her formal partner wore a navy suit paired with a paisley tie, and the two of them looked fantastic together - especially with their matching corsage and boutonniere, a thoughtful touch that brought their looks together beautifully.

Toward the end of the session, Molly was joined by all her girlfriends for a group photo. The joy, laughter, and friendship between them was so fun to witness and capture. It was the perfect way to wrap up a gorgeous afternoon.

Molly, thank you for letting me be a part of your formal day. You brought grace, colour, and a whole lot of sparkle to the gardens. I hope these photos are a forever reminder of just how special that moment was.
